About Me

I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) proving individual therapy in private practice in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. I received my undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Dartmouth College, and later received my master of arts degree (M.A.) in clinical psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles. I received extensive training in psychodynamic therapy interventions from The Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, California. I practiced here before transitioning to a role as an individual therapist at the Center for Life Management in Derry, New Hampshire. Here, I developed skills in the areas of cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I later transitioned into the role of clinical supervisor at Center for Life Management where I counseled the therapist staff on how to effectively treat clients. I have since been working in private practice where I apply my past experience to treat clients with diverse needs. I am licensed and certified by the New Hampshire Board of Mental Health.

If you are considering engaging in therapy for the first time, or are returning to therapy to address new goals, I encourage you to reach out to me with any questions about my practice.
